Storing and Serving Beer

Beer, unlike most wines should not be aged but consumed as fresh as possible. Most light beers, such as lager and pilsner should be served at about 7°C. Colder temperatures cloud the beer and diminish its flavour. Stronger ales should be served at about 13°C so their complex flavours can be savoured.
