Shopping List

  • 2-4 lbs of pork ribs
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons of dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown cut-up ribs in covered roaster for 1 & 1/2 hours. Drain off fat.
2) Mix glaze ingreds together and pour over browned ribs.
3) Cover and bake for another 45 minutes..................they will be falling off the bones and smell soooooo good.
4) Serve with rice.
