Steak and Egg Sandwich

Shopping List
- 1 ciabatta roll
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 minute steak
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
- 25g (1oz) rocket leaves
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally. Spread each half with the wholegrain mustard.
Heat a griddle and cook the steak for a minute on either side (depending on how rare you like your steak).
Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the egg.
Place the red onion and rocket on the base of the ciabatta roll then top with the steak and finally the egg. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve immediately.
