Baked Haddock with Cilantro and Cajun Spices

    Shopping List

    • 4 medium Haddock fillets
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    • Cajun Spices to taste
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Aluminum foil to wrap the fillets

    Instructions

    Pre heat the oven to 400F

    Cover a medium baking tray with aluminum foil
    Rinse the haddock fillets very well and place them on the tray
    Sprinkle the cajun spices all over the fillets (to your own taste)
    Sprinkle onion, garlic and cilantro all over the fillets
    Add salt and pepper to taste
    Cover the tray with more aluminum foil

    Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or until the fish is flaky when inserting a fork

    Serve and enjoy!
