Mango Salsa

Shopping List

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tbsp jalopeno pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • olive oil

Instructions

Peel and chop mangoes and avocado.
Chop the green onions , red pepper and the jalopeno pepper.
Mix together, add the juice from 1 lime, 3 tbs olive oil, pinch of salt and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leafs.
Chill and enjoy with corn chips or seafood. Great as a side dish with fish.
