Mint and Yogurt Dip

Shopping List

  • 1 1/3 cups yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1bunch fresh mint
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Strain the liquid from the yogurt.

Wash and dry the mint. Tear the leaves off the stem and chop them finely.

Mix the yogurt and cream together. Blend in the olive oil, lemon juice, and mint and season with salt and a little cayenne pepper. The amount of lemon juice added depends on individual taste.
